Named for the man who inspired me to become a professional knuckleballer, The International Knuckleball Academy’s Timmy Module contains every bit of basic mechanical information you’ll need to reach your knuckleball potential.

Each of these mechanics were handed down to me by my mentors — 25-year MLB legend Charlie Hough & Hall of Famer Phil Niekro — plus the wisdom I gained learning the pitch right alongside RA Dickey as well my own professional baseball experience.
